I am a 36-year-old devoted husband and father of four, with a lifelong passion for athletics and fitness. After years of coaching group classes, I realized that my true fulfillment lay in helping others reach their full potential. This led me to find Active Life, where I now dedicate myself to guiding individuals on their journey to becoming the best versions of themselves. Through this work, I continue to inspire and empower those around me to achieve their personal fitness goals and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
As a Fitness and Nutrition Coach, and through my education at Active Life, I am equipped to work with your unique strengths and limitations to help you break free of your comfort zone so you can reach your full potential. With my guidance, you will build the education, strength, and confidence you need to embrace your active lifestyle and improve the quality of your life without having to give up the things you enjoy most.

Schedule your free discovery call! This call is for us to see if I'm a good fit to help you. We'll ask each other questions, and I'll answer yours. If I'm the right person for the job, we'll book an in-person or online meeting through Zoom. If not, I can refer you to another trusted professional nearby.
Free Consultation
During your free consultation, we'll review your goals, check your range of motion, provide helpful information, and start creating a personalized plan to achieve your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.
Progress
During this phase, we'll continue to work closely together to build your confidence and proficiency in four essential areas:
1. Performing movements safely, effectively, and efficiently
2. Understanding and interpreting exercise programs
3. Enhancing lifestyle factors that directly influence achieving your goals
4. Grasping the primary principles of (company or end result clients are after)and the fundamentals of recovery, capacity, and exercise
Assess
During your first 2-4 weeks, we'll work together one-on-one to develop a functional diagnosis, establish success metrics, and create your personalized exercise plan.
Success
Once you've attained freedom of movement and no longer require one-on-one sessions, you have the option to continue with personalized sessions or transition to remote coaching. In remote sessions, you'll follow your customized program at your convenience, wherever you prefer. This phase includes monthly mentorship meetings with me to track your progress, cover important educational topics, and make adjustments as necessary.
Freedom
Once you've reached your initial goals and mastered the path to success, I believe you've earned the Freedom to chart your next journey. Whether it's maintaining your achievements or preparing to conquer Mount Everest, this phase empowers you to customize programs to suit your needs and reclaim your physical independence.
